Officials HQ will complete the annual season rollover process the evening of Thursday 2nd April meaning all Umpires will be required to re-register into the platform from Friday 3rd April. All Umpires are asked to re-register once to then be able to use Officials HQ for all Winter 2026 and Summer 26/27 competitions.
Umpires – How do I re-register
- For Umpires who already use Officials HQ, all you need to do is login as normal and confirm your contact and medical details are correct - https://home.officialshq.com/
- Confirm the Associations you wish to be linked with, and ensure your Working With Children and Emergency Contact details are up to date
- For those who are paid electronically, ensure your bank details are up to date
Reminder – CricketPlus linking
- Single Sign On (SSO) is a requirement of registering to OfficialsHQ and you will be prompted to link your CricketPlus account.
- For those who have successfully done this there is no change.
We recommend you prepare for your registration by first checking you can login to your CricketPlus account, or selecting Forgot Password to reset it – CricketPlus Login
Registering to Officials HQ – New Umpires
- Visit CricketPlus and create / login to your account - CricketPlus Login
- Visit - https://registration-cricket-au.officialshq.com/
- Enter your personal & address details and submit your registration
- You will receive an email from PlayHQ and are required to follow the included prompt to activate your account
- Once activated you will be directed back to Officials HQ to complete your account details
- Add your role (Umpire) and Associations you wish to be linked with
- Check your Working With Children and Emergency Contact details are up to date
Check your bank details and medical information is up to date
For Administrators – Winter 2026 Competitions
- You can immediately allocate Umpires from Friday 3rd April even if they are yet to re-register
- Panel setups remain unchanged however you will need to reassign Umpires
- Grade settings can be rolled over if desired
You can still access all previous reports, however you will not be able to edit / enter any appointments from previous fixtures.
