Administrators can use the Admin Portal to share news and updates directly with members of their organisation via email. These posts are intended for logistical and administrative communications only and must not contain commercial, promotional, or marketing materials.

Creating a Post
- Navigate to Posts in the Admin Portal menu.
- Click New Post to access fields for entering post details.
Mandatory Fields:
- Title – The header of the post.
- Body – The main content of the post.
- Audience – Select participant types to target (e.g., Players, Coaches, Team Managers, Volunteers, Medical Officers, Officials).
Optional Fields:
- Image – Displays as the hero image in the post (available in the app and web, but not in email posts).
- Email – Send the post directly to participants' registered email addresses (participants can unsubscribe from email notifications).
- Audience Segments – Create and target specific groups within your organization for tailored messaging.
Creating an Audience Segment
Audience segments allow administrators to send updates to specific grades, teams, or program participants.
Segment Targeting Options:
- For associations: Target any grade from any competition season.
- For clubs: Target any team from any affiliated competition season.
- For associations and clubs: Target any group from any active program season.
Adding Segments to a Post
- While creating a post, locate the Audience Segment section below Channels.
- Enable the toggle to add a segment—if no segment is selected, the post will be sent to all registered participants.
- Use the search bar to find an existing segment or create a new one.
- Once a segment is added, the post will only be delivered to participants in that segment.
